New Theater Project

Off-Broadway needs more state-of-the-art small theaters, especially in Times Square. Cathy has begun raising capital to build a new Off-Broadway multi-theater complex on West 49th Street. Off-Broadway shows run more profitably when they play in a centrally located, small venue. Moreover, unlike the financial risks of investing in a show, a theatrical real estate investment provides a much larger and more reliable revenue stream.
